“For clients hoping to become parents, I know you have big questions about the process and the experience. I did too. That’s why I’m here. Let’s talk about your story, and take the next step together. None of us can do it alone.”

I have lived the journey you are on as hopeful parents and I have seen the thrills, and complexities that surrogates experience. That’s the understanding I bring to my agency. I am committed to supporting parents and surrogates – and to guiding people who are passionate about the birth process. For clients hoping to become parents, I know you have big questions about the process and the experience. I did too. That’s why I’m here. Let’s talk about your story, and take the next step together. Like I said, none of can do it alone.

Surrogates, you have been a part of my journey, too. I know firsthand that you are making dreams come true for parents who are longing to have a child. And I know you have your own stories, and your own hopes, too. My job is to help you achieve your goals in the best way possible for you, and to match you with parents who share your expectations and values. In surrogacy, no two journeys are the same. But I can promise you this: I will do everything I can to make you comfortable throughout the process. I will tell you every truth I have learned and lived. I will be there for you, day and night. And the journey will be like nothing you imagined.

My own path is full of twists and turns.

I have always been passionate about family. I couldn’t wait to become pregnant, to have a baby, to relive the wonder of childhood, and to share what I’ve learned with someone who was discovering the world for the first time.

Years ago, I taught pottery. I loved connecting with people through art and helping them find the freedom to express themselves. Soon, I was in graduate school, studying to be a therapist. A career was born, and time went by.

At a certain point, I made a decision. I was ready to start a family. My family - on my own. I never thought I would have a baby through surrogacy. But I stood at a crossroads, where modern science and maternal instinct met, and took the biggest step on my journey to motherhood.

Crystal Rose

Senior Intake Coordinator and Strategist

Crystal Rose brings a deeply personal and compassionate perspective to our team. She studied at CSUN Los Angels for her Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy, completing both her practicum and internship at MemorialCare Miller Children's & Women's Hospital, where she spent the majority of her time supporting patients on the maternity floor and in the NICU.

During this time, Crystal was navigating what was later diagnosed as deep infiltrating endometriosis that significantly impacted her health. Her condition was worsened by a connective tissue disorder which led to severe complications including internal organ fusion, anatomical distortion, and multiple complex surgeries.

Ultimately, she made the difficult decision to step away from music and redirect her path to medical administration, where she gained extensive experience working in an acupuncture clinic, an endometriosis surgical practice, and an IVF clinic.

Through both her personal journey and professional experience, Crystal has developed a profound understanding of the physical and emotional complexities surrounding infertility, chronic illness, and reproductive health. Her training in music therapy included supporting individuals through trauma and loss, which continues to shape her empathetic, patient-centered approach.
